meat bread - bola de carne

It is very típica in Portugal, to make bread with meat stuffing.
Usually we opt for lots of types of dried meats such as chouriços and hams. I prefere to use the minced meat leftovers and lots of cheese.
Dough:
- 1kg all purpose flour
- 1 tea spoon baking east
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 250gr margerine (softened by heat)
- 100gr olive oil
- 2 eggs + 1(egg saved for crust)

Just use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients and then use your hands or some tiny ones that really want to handle it. 😁 The dough should be soft and easy to handle, not too sticky nor too runny.
Then use about half of it and spread it against a form. Should be fairly easy considering the softness of the dough. Use you fingers to spread it thin and around the borders of the form.
Add your choice of fillings. Mine was a layer of cheese, then minced meat (already cooked) and finally cheese again.
Top it with the remaining dough. Beat the remaining egg until homogeneous and spread it over the dough.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for at least 45min.

home made chocolate ice-cream

Ice-cream is one of those decadences no one can reason with. It is usually so full of sugar and heavy on greeze that we find it utterly unhealthy. This version you at least know how much good, and bad, goes into it.

Ingredients :
- 250gr dark high quality chocolate
- 250gr cold cream to wip
- 370gr can of condensed milk (consider leaving some on the can, it is on the sweet side)

Fast bread

Perfect for when you want to have hamburgers but totally forgot the bread and you have 1h until dinner time.

Ingreedients:
3 yogurt
6 yogurt cups of flour
Tea spoon backing east
2 tea spoons of salt
1 table spoon of sugar

Basically knead all the ingredients together until homogeneous.
Heat the oven at 180C.
Then dust a surface with flour and roll the dough on it until the surface of the though is filled with flour and it doesn't stick so much to your hands.
Cut the dough in 4 using a knife and for each roll them again in flour until they don't stick on the surface.
Set the 4 buns on the oven tray covered in a thin layer os flour.
they will rise and fluff and be a bit dense and humid when ready. Perfect for a hamburger.
