banana cream pie ice-cream 🍦

Ingredients :

- 2 X 200gr heavy whipping cream

- 2x cups of hlaf- milk

- 4 small ripped bananas

- 1x table spoon honey

- 1x table spoon caster sugar

- 1x tea spoon cinnamon 

- few butter coockies

1 - whip the cream with the honey and one cup of milk until thick and creamy.

2 - in a food processor blend the bananas, one cup of milk and sugar and cinnamon until homogeneous and starting to get bubbles.

3 - add the banana mixture to the cream mixture and whip a little further until blended.

4 - put it in the ice-cream maker for 45min.

5 - serve with broken cookies topping.
