Portuguese custard pie

Heavy cream 500ml
Eeg yolks 8
150gr sugar
10gr flour
1 Folie dough (it is a nightmare to make, just buy it fresh, extended and provided as a roll. 😏

Mix the ingredients and take them to low heat. Mix until it almost boils, then remove them from the heat. 
Use small round forms for scones or a big one (my case, no patience for the smaller ones). 
If you have the time have the base cook for a while under heavy pressure. 
So it doesn't blow.
