Super fluffy and healthy recipe,super simple to make. Once I saw the video giving use to the chocolate left overs I was delighted. My kids receive so much chocolate during Christmas that it reaches Easter, it happens again then... But then the recipe was so soft and fluffy that I had to play around with it and you can easely opt to leave the chocolate out for younger kids or switch to raisens. I always wanted to make donuts, but it is hard to find a healthy recipe for donuts and this one is so easy.
Ingredients :
- 2 small bananas
- 2 eggs
- 6 table spoons olive oil
- 8 table spoons self rising flour
- 4 table spoons brown sugar
Cinnamon, ginger, lemon zest, chocolate bits, to your liking.
Just put all the ingredients in your food processor. Then use small forms and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180C for 10min.
